Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a Linux VPS Web Hosting Package isn’t the easiest task in this world. You will either have to use some other server or your home computer, or, alternatively deploy some third–party solution. We offer a considerably simpler way with our Optional Managed Services offer. We’ll create a full backup copy of your VPS each week, so you never have to be worried about losing important data. Plus, we can always retrieve a backup very quickly. All backups we make are kept on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything happens to your data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux VPS Web Hosting Package, you have total freedom to install any script or service on your it. But, some scripts are harder to install and may require some additional configuration from you. This is when our Optional Managed Services solution can help you out. It includes 30 min of installation & problem–solving duties – this means that you will be able to basically hire one of our seasoned server admins for half an hour and have him help you with the installation process of any software that you need. Or have him solve a problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.
